1. Who we are
Hola Calle is operated by Comm.V Lorem, a company registered in Belgium. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hola Calle. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You sign in using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login credentials with others. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorised access to your account.
You may only create one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Free access
Some content is available without a subscription. Free users have access to a limited set of lessons and features.
Premium subscription
A paid subscription unlocks all content and features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you select) and are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Billing
Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play → Subscriptions or App Store → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until that date.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect, and your renewal will not be charged at the new rate until that notice period has passed.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content (phrases, audio recordings, lesson materials) without permission
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the app
6. Our content
All content in Hola Calle — including phrases, audio recordings, translations, lesson structures, and AI-generated responses — is owned by or licensed to Comm.V Lorem. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our content outside of the app.
7. AI features (Lola)
Hola Calle includes an AI-powered conversation feature called Lola. By using Lola you acknowledge that:
- Responses are generated by an AI and may occasionally be inaccurate
- Lola is a learning tool, not a substitute for professional language instruction
- Your voice input is processed to generate replies and is not stored after transcription
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Hola Calle available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Temporarily suspend the app for maintenance
- Modify, add, or remove features at any time
- Discontinue the app with reasonable notice
If we discontinue the app, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and pro-rate any unused portion of a prepaid annual subscription.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide the app "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
